Tour Booking Cancellations:

Cancellation 7+ days before the tour date: Full refund (minus transaction charges).

Cancellation 3-6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour date: No refund.

No-show on the day of the tour: No refund.
Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

2. Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your tour:

Change requests 3+ days before the tour – No extra charge, subject to availability.
